another bug with ships
whenever first order tie fighter gets protection up jedi consulars ship will always use its heal on it despite that its already on full shields and now has bonus shields
this happens everytime, and obviously on auto
eg start of battle FOTF has not taken a single hit yet and has been called into assist which with admiral akbars flaghip gains protection up. JC ship will then waste its heal on FOTF as soon as it can (usually straight away if its start of battle)
