First Order Tie Fighter not gaining appropriate TM<bug>

FOTF is supposed to gain tm when a target locked enemy is damaged by an attack. I find that when mace windus ship AOEs, his TM doesnt gain and it doesnt gain when certain allies hit target locked enemies, please check into this.

Yeah, if Boba uses his aoe on a full TL team, that should generate 50% or more TM (depending on skill level). However, it doesn't generate any.
Additionally, if you watch FOTF on defense, it appears to gain closer to 30% TM every time one of your own TL units takes damage.
