TFP how much CC?

I'm currently have him at 44% CC, he barely crits. Is it better to switch the holo-ray (triangle) from CD to CC.

How are you moding him?

50% crit chance and 186% Crit damage is how I had mine under palp lead. I'm running him under boba lead now, still 50% crit chance before lead, but have sacrificed CD. You also want him very fast, so it depends on your mods and your server
