Game Won't Run On WiFi

Works fine on data only. I have two players with different phones - both have the same issue. Game won't run over Wifi. Everything else on Wifi runs fine (including posting here). Please look into this.

I'm having the same issue. Game works over wifi on iOS, but not on 2 different android devices. When I go off wifi, the game works.

I am having the same issue, played over the at&t work wifi fine, came home to comcast and now can only play over mobile data. I only have android devices, 2 samsung note 5s and a generic tablet, everything else works over wifi but swgoh.

AT&T. Same problem. 2 different devices, works fine on mobile data, but tried
wifi at 2 different locations, both AT&T. Does anyone have a solution to this?

This started up again. Everything on my phone connects to the Web, but the game doesn't. When I switch to mobile data it works fine. It started yesterday around 8pm est.

I had this problem as well, until I made a guest wifi on AT&T which fixed this problem, but still to this day when I swap back to the non-guest wifi it will not work.

Last time it happened to me, it lasted about 36 hours. Not sure what causes or fixes it.

I can't connect either on my Comcast WIFI, was able to connect at my works WIFI just fine.. If I switch to data it starts just fine as well. This started yesterday.

I'm going on 24 hours this time, would rather not blow my data plan same bug as before, Comcast wifi, reset router, phone etc, everything else works fine on wifi except the game. Works fine on cell.........

I am facing the same issue. Comcast Internet but not their WiFi Router. Everything else works fine over WiFi.

Been having issue for few days now. Samsung Galaxy s7 on AT&T network on a Comcast WiFi network. Seems only been happening since update

After the latest swgoh patch, I have this issue. Very annoying.
Oneplus 3, Android 7, Oxygen 4.0.3
Wifi works perfectly fine in every other app, and it also works in the game, except after a battle. I can initiate an arena battle on wifi, but as soon as I finish the battle, the game won't let me and claims I am not connected until I go off wifi.

I have never had problems with anything other than swgoh like this.

The bug occurred for me as well today.

The game hangs out on "Checking for update" screen. Tested on different wifis so it's not router/firewall problem. Working fine using data transfer.

Maybe it's something with Google Game - when I starting Google Game application, the pictures are blank when on wifi - loaded properly when I switch to data transfer.

@Szefler disable IPV6 in your router settings and this won't happen again.
