Grandmaster Council looking for players ready to make the jump to heroic tank raids

We are friendly US-CST based guild looking for players that are ready to transition from normal AAT raid to heroic AAT. Looking for players that have a strong team for phase 2 (droids, rebels, or clones) and a decent team for phase 3 (the stronger your roster the better). Looking for active players who can contribute the 600 tickets daily so we can raid as often as possible. No required totals for the daily guild activities.

We do heroic rancor raids @830pm cst whenever we have the tickets to start one with the exception being Saturdays so people can enjoy their free time with their friends and families. Only rule for rancor is just one attack for the first three hours to allow everyone a chance to get rewards in case they're unavailable at the start of the raid. No damage cap or rotation of top spots.

Currently tank raids are started @630pm CST. Normal tank raid we allow two attacks in phase 1 and one attack in each other phase. No rules for heroic but our strategy is best Jedi team for phase 1 to cover your 2%, droids or clones for phase 2 and rebels if you don't have either of those teams, chirpa/palpatine and empire teams for phase 3, and then its a free-for-all in phase 4 with our remaining rebel/leftover teams.

No chat apps are required. Guild is really good about donating and I'm very flexible when it comes to adjusting raid rules and start times.
