Random and inappropriate effects on toons

I just started galactic war battle 12, and the opponent/computer just cheated by getting random effects. Before any attacks were made, qgj and luminara both "dodged" and then got foresight for no reason. It's not the first time it's happened, but it's the first time I've recorded it.

Oh, and now playing into the match farther, lumi and qgj both got foresight again when Palp died? And attacking lumi after she gets it, she doesn't dodge, but it doesn't go away after being attacked? Is this just your way of saying you don't want me to win?
