Game Crashes Constantly

I have an LG Volt but had to download the APK of Heroes, since I somehow don't have the requirements to download from the play store. When I'm playing I get a message that says it can't connect to Google Play Services, then shortly the game crashes. Idk how to fix this.

Events and lightside battles are crashing on load page. I'm losing energy every time I try to battle. I have spent a lot of money on this game and am now at the stage to delete this game for good.
