I wish, I wish...
...that we could nominate the type of gear reward we wanted from raids, and that the RNG was only applied to the amount awarded (based upon ranking). At the moment it seems totally random; last place could potentially get better gear than 1st place!
It would be awesome to know I could, for example, focus on cuffs this way.
Or, as a guildie suggested, a 'gear-strip' to reduce redundant characters to totally base level and recover the gear for re-deployment.
