Guild Boss Battles Ignoring the timer on their abilities

This has been happening consistently for me in the game, with the rancor first eating when the timer was listed at 3, or 1. But the straw that made me type this up was a most recent with the AAT tank take down. Just starting the tank take down. Grevious sinister laughed right out of the gate. Then again at 4, 3, 2, and again when it finally came up. he laughed. He laughed 5 out of the 6 turns he acted in. over whelming me with debuffs (Even with Rex's resist up.)
