Well i wonder how accuracy works.. Does this decrease enemys evasion chance or does it decrease the dmg variance? Does anybody know it or link me to a wiki?
There is an accuracy stat so I would assume it just increases your accuracy vs their evasion so you have a lower chance of getting dodged. So if you have 12% accuracy and their dodge is only 2%, you can't miss unless they have foresight or evasion up. If it's an old ben lead, they would only have 5% dodge chance against a toon with 12% accuracy instead of 17%.
I don't think it has anything to do with damage variance. Armor/armor penetration might though.
