Why is EA not calling me? :(

I keep submitting cases for a purchase I made, but EA is not contacting me.

"We received your initial callback request and a Game Advisor will contact you within the originally estimated callback time."

Lies!

Can someone please help me?

nvm, reached dead end with EA so went to google instead... at least one company knows how to do support
