DeathTrooper Deathmark glitch

So I was doing a mod battle, on final stage I deathmarked old ben with Terminate and then killed with palpatine. The attack said 'deflected' and old ben didnt disappear, but his health bar ran out. Then I saw the 3* win screen with an enemy old ben still there? BTW how do you attach screenshots as I have one. I also have a full video if required?
