Quick question about Star Wars canon

Hey guys

So there has been a reference to the mandalorian wars in Star Wars rebels.

This raises the question for me does the fact that they stated "well the Jedi won the war against mandalore" well that makes mandalore canon ... Does it also make Revan and Malak the two Jedi that led the war? Or would it just loosely canonise that there was a war with manny and a bunch of Jedi?

It loosely canonizes the war as an event, but doesn't directly canonize any specific people until they're mentioned. It does, however; leave that door open for them to input Revan and Malak as leaders of the war if they want to.

Mandalore and the wars were already canonized by Clone Wars. Doesn't make any Sith not nentioned by name canon.

Mandalore was already canon, but a war many years go became canon in a rebels episode.
We don't know if its that specific war, but good chances it is.
