GW First Turn Order

I've noticed that if I change the target during the loading animation in GW battles following a retreat and re-entry it can effect who goes first. I'm running a squad with 4* Lumi and 3* QGJ. Sometimes Lumi will go first, sometimes QG, but if, during the loading animation I flip to another target than the leader these will sometimes change from what happened on the first try. Try it yourselves. What happens? Is it just these characters or is everyone getting the same?
