Zam Wesell's Detonating Shot not granting TM under Boba lead in Droid Heist and other PVE encounters

I know I've seen this reported before, and developer testing said it was working fine. It's not, 10 bombs in a row detonated, on multiple occasions with no TM gain on the rest of the bounty hunter squad.

It stops working after the first encounter, i.e. Stage 2/3, so it works fine in arena/gw, so probably won't get fixed for a while

It certainly makes the crit chance mod challenges a bit(!) harder when the team does not function as advertised, sadly.
Would be nice to have some light shone on this issue.
