Noob questions on Status Effects
If my character has offence down debuff and I use offence up buff. Does that override the debuff?
And vice versa, can debuffs override my buff?
What about speed up versus speed down?
I noticed defense up can override the shatter point in Mace Windus INT challenge. Can these override anything else?
