Mod Questions
Ok, I have been playing around with these mods for some time now. Depending on which level rarity you find, it gives you different perks. There are a few types of mods that do not require many sets (Defense, Tenacity, and Offense to be exact). So here is my question...
Do those Defense, Tenacity, and Offense Mods make that much difference or can they be better spent picking up a Health Mod with Defense stats, Crit Mods with Offense stats, and any other Mod needed with Tenacity stats. (I hope all that makes sense)
