Royal Guard Taunts not dispelled

Not sure if this is a known issue, but RG's taunt activates when an ally drops below 50%.
I've noticed sometimes if his ally drops at around exactly 50%, then taunts activates...but when I dispel it, the taunt doesn't go away...
Is this a bug? as it only meant to activate at instance when ally HP drops below 50%, not continuous check

maybe it is deflected. next time try to upload a video if possible. we can see the situation more detailed.

not sure how to capture a video off a mobile game, but it happened a few times and I don't think this kind of dispel can be deflected?

Every dispel can be dodged or deflected except Teebo and Boba
