New character idea, without speed
Hey there.
Speed and TM gain are two things, that were on top of the meta from the beginning.
Since mods came out, speed is a must have.
What if we get a toon/mechanic to bypass this completely?
We have B2/Anakin/Biggs:
They gain 100% TM in different ways
We have TFP:
He gets TM, for every debuffed enemy
We have Baze:
He gets TM for every buff on enemies.
How cool would it be, if we have a 0 Speed toon, that gets the combined TM of all enemies?
He would not only counter all toons listed above, but also gain TM, whenever StH is hit. Pretty nuts.
Well, even if there is a normal way of getting TM:
The more speed your enemies have, the more TM he gains. So be careful, how fast you want your toons, facing this guy
