General Kenobi bug in GW?

Just ran into my first General Kenobi lead in GW. GK JKA Barris Ashoka QGJ. He was generating foresight for the entire group at the start of every turn, not just for two turns at the start of the encounter. I could strip the effect from the group with an AOE but once a toon took a turn they would gain back foresight. If Kenobi went he would give foresight back to every toon that didn't already have it for every round until my team was dead.

I bet QGJ was leading. With his Zeta-ability he gives ally Jedis 2 turn foresight at the beginning of the batlle and every time any unit is defeated.
