Maybe they should adjust some of the costs, and (perhaps) gift us a few free packs that usuall cost IRL $$money$$...XP

reworks and new characters are essentially the same thing for characters like Mob Enforcer and CUP, only they wouldn't need new art assets (unless entirely new abilities are introduced)
