Galactic March

I'm a newby at level 41 and can't complete my daily goals as I can't get onto or find the galactic March,do you need to be a certain level??? Thanks in advance for any help

Its on the right side of the main screen, scroll towards right. There you will see some planets and a crocodile faced toon. Click there, its the Galatic Match. For some reason there is no go from the daily activity list. @EA_Jesse , some work for the devs here?

I'm playing on iPhone 6,not on form of computer,is this why I can't find it then or do you also know a solution to this problem? Thanks for your help Arijit
