Hi it's the useless newby again lol,the game says to get new characters by collecting shards,does this mean I can't retrieve a new character until I have all of their shards?
It means that if a character needs a certain amount of shards to unlock, you can only unlock that toon after you have reached that amount of shards. Shards can be acquired through achievement, hard mode missions, squad cantina battles, and all kinds of shipments.
