Maybe a bug?
Hello,
is the following problem a bug?
My payout time is 03:00 (yes midnight, maybe us pacific time?), but i'm located in germany (middle european time). my ipad works with the middle european time. i didn't use vpn and i have never left the time zone. my payout time in tournaments is also the same us time.
for the problem solution I have had an live chat with EA last week, but no one from ea was able to help me with my problem. i also opened an new discussion on ea hq, the same too (no one can help me)
I am an information scientist and i know that an admin or programer can shifted my profile, any time, to the right time zone. this also costs no wonderful amount of work involved.
