Looking for serious players to help transition guild to HAAT

We're a very active guild called That's N0 Moon. Looking for daily players to help us transition from Normal to Heroic tank raids. We're currently doing 3 Heroic Rancor raids and 2 Tank raids per week. Our guild activities reset at 1800 GMT and raids begin at 1830 GMT.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Must be level 85 (or close to it) and have at least 20, 7* characters.
2) Must consistently complete your daily 600 for raid tickets.
3) Download the Discord app for communication because in game chat is limited.
4) Comply with the 24 hour, no damage rule so everybody has an equal chance at rewards. Rancor raid is completed in less than 30 minutes. **Violators will not tolerated
