Guild UNMERGE and heroic tank mid February

3 spots open - Outer Rim Job is clearing heroic rancor and normal tank, with concrete plans to guild unmerge and start clearing heroic tank in 2 weeks. Guild reset is 6:30p eastern and the FFA start for most raids is in the afternoon to evening.
Rancor: Opens with 0/minimal damage, so everyone can register for rewards. 24 hrs later, FFA for ppl without 7* Han. We're a community, and it's better for the guild if everyone has a maxed out Han to use in raids.
Normal tank: currently takes just a few minutes past 1 refresh.
Heroic tank: We already went through the drama/excitement of a guild merge, and 17 raids later our sister guild has been crushing heroic tank. Currently the top 20 ppl deal 80% of the total 48 million damage- the superteam strategy. We will unmerge in mid February and take ORJ from feeder guild to heroic tank guild as well.
