AI PROCS IN PVP

When I'm attacking someone like 300 rating lower than mine I'd be pretty happy if I didn't lose because the AI seems to proc anything that can be proc'd (I'm talking to you, AI Daka's basic attack, Phasma leader ability, and Dooku's extra attack)

Please make it so they don't have a 99.9% chance to proc things :-)

Very good job on that post, looked very well done and was helpful. Although I am just exaggerating obviously but it really does feel like the AI procs everything and it's quite frustrating.
