Oy not this again. Before this gets out of hand, do we include passive abilities into their speed? Because then JE will be easily the fastest.
I think TFP can still be faster than the fastest JE.
Thats literally not possible. JE's unique can give him 40 speed in an ideal squad. TFP has 20 more base speed. So assuming their mods are equal, JE will ALWAYS be faster no matter what
Correction, 50 speed in an ideal squad, passive counts himself as an ally, as most do
