Biggs TM gain on dodge

I Just fought a squad of wedge (leader), Biggs, chirrut, baze, and Lando. I attacked Biggs with Vader's basic. Biggs dodged (0 damage), but he gained 100% turn meter. He was at 0% turn meter, since he just went, so it was an obvious activation of his unique. His ability says that it should only activate when he takes damage though. Anyone else noticed this?

Does your Vader have zeta? If so, there is lots of strangeness going on with that zeta so the TM reduction component may be triggering it.
