Zidious Health under EP Lead

How does Zidious health stack under an EP lead?

E.g. at 100% Potency Zidious would have 30,026 (not including health bonus from any mods) before EP lead

EP offers 32% Potency increase & 32% extra health
So would this leave EP at 39,634 health or is the Potency increase from EP included in the Zeta calculation - his total health would then bring him to 52,317?

each seperate percentage increase effects his BASE health. so if he gains 30% from X, and then 50% from Y, he's getting +80% to his BASE health. At least I'm pretty sure.

I would assume this as well, but still, it would be easy to get Sidious to start at 160% of base health, and then he heals 20% of heal for debuffing (so full heal on demoralizing blows), and probably 20% health gain on a regular attack...

Not to mention the health gain and TM gain when guys die.
