Dart Nihilus, can you explain me mechanic?

Dart Nihilus - Drain Force skill.
Can you say me, how it will works? Will it reduce cd of annihilation by 1 for each cd increase from each enemy skills (1-2-3), or just for each enemy, that get increased cd on his abilities?

But I would think that basic ability CD cannot be increased, and maybe even other abilities cd cannot be increased above max ?

Pretty certain it's each cool down. If you think about it though, precious few toons move fast enough to use two specials before Nihilus gets a chance to use his. It's much more useful for Nihilus's 2nd annhilation than the first.

Ok, second question - will this skill affect special abilities, thats has no cd at this time (was not used from battle start). For example - targeted toon don't make a turn yet.

How fun is Nihilus going to be in GW now?? Even at 3*, load up his annhilate on early battles and then bring him in on a zarris/kenobi type battle. I cannot wait for this.

I think he will loose his active cd status at the end of the battle. But I may be wrong.

it specifies the ability STARTS a battle on cooldown. I doubt you will be able to load it up and wait it out.
