Why Lumi/ Asajj not considered healers

Why only six players are considered healers?
I have Lumi who can heal, and Asajj and other players can also heal. But only Acolyte, JC, Talia, Daka, Ewok are only considered as healer in Events and Challenges.

Lumi should be in my opinion. Asajj should not. Her heals barely work as of now. When I use her debut I'd say my proc rate of success is 20% or less.

Probably to ensure you had at least one decent healer in the attacker challenge.

I think it might be the other way around. Asajj and Luminara would wreck the Healer/Support challenge.
