Cantina farming for arena

So I've been playing maybe a week or so and found this forum to very helpfull so far. You guys know what's up! Here's my question.

For my cantina energy I've been doing Geo and have him 3 star and love him! But I stopped pushing on the second last mission in the 2nd cantina level. Is there anything there in the last mission or the third level that it would be better for me to push for now?

My team currently for arena is Chewie lead(I know lol) 4*
dooku 3*
Geo 3*
JC 3
And either Jawa 3 or FOTP 1
All lvl 45 gear 5 or so

Also have Talia 3, 86-1, NS initiate-1, and other random junk.

I'm new like I said and I am farming Sid of course and working on Daka and phasma and lumi in various shipments.

EDIT: my plan was build a team around Geo dooku right now. Only keeping Chewie and JC until I can replace them. Was just wondering what toons were farmable in the third stage of the cantina.
