Incorrect raid rewards

Has anyone else clicked claim on raid rewards and not received the rewards shown to them in the inbox?
I took a screenshot because I was super excited to get a completed Mk 3 Zaltin Bacta Gel and sent it to my friend, but as soon as I clicked collect, and went to equip it the gear wasnt there!

I submitted a ticket for this with customer service and they said their server showed different data, and indeed I did receive the rewards reported by their server, but it conflicts with my screenshot, so they just claim that my screenshot must not be correct even though it was... The customer rep was great, I just hate being called a liar when I have proof.

Yes it's happened to me and many others multiple times, just another bug.
