No you cannot pm people. No you cannot reach minors through your guild chat. No some people cannot read the guild description or feed and are minors, non English speakers/readers, or are in social media blackout countries.

No as of SWGoH does not have a damage limiter for raids to address this concern even though I have suggested it, because it is not high on the money making priority list.

Yes you will have to delete rule breakers regardless of there fault or when they raid they will ruin it for everybody else when they get op.

We just went Discord App Mandatory this last week and the deadline to sign up is the 23rd. I anticipate having to delete half my guild. However if I waited much longer to do this I would be committed to an all out cluster bomb free for all mess of a guild.

So unless they make a damage limiting tool for the leaders of guilds to control the masses. You need to consider going Discord or Line Mandatory.
