Boba taking cuts
So my Chirrut has 200 speed & Ulic is a shard mate that pulled Boba's speed arrow which removed +30 speed & broke the speed set as well so Boba was showing 198 speed before I started the battle. He also pulled the speed arrows off of Palp & Vader so Chirrut should have gone first.
However Boba took cuts & went first & we can't figure out why. There wasn't any prior attacks so there was no opportunity for any TM removal via Vader's lead. Any ideas?
Also why does Boba not show his TM bar maxing out when he goes initially?
