Palpatine Crackling Doom doesn't reduce TM under Zader lead (FIXED)

As in the title, palpatine crackling doom doesn't reduce TM neither from Jedis nor rebels under Zeta Vader lead whereas it should since it is considered a damage. It also doesn't reduce TM even from the previously shocked enemies.
Please fix this ASAP as it significantly reduces the effectiveness of an empire team and most importantly Vader zeta. Currently we are having difficulties in all aspect of the game such as competitive arena and/or raids due to this bug.
