I have Talia at level 70, 7*, max gears, Her basic attack ability is level 7. It says she should gain health equal to 100% of damage dealt, but I get 50% instead.
My Talia is nearly the same but with level 6 basic. My screen claims it's a 90% of damage heal, but the actual heal is half that. If they double the heal she might not be worthless in defense.
