Stormtrooper Han Bug?

I am not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I have never noticed it before. I have put shock on and Buff Immunity on Stormtrooper Han recently, and it prevented him from gaining taunt and his allies gaining initial Turn Meter. However, I happened to hit him later in the fight and his allies were gaining Turn Meter like he was taunting. I was under the impression that this benefit was a condition of the taunt, which was not present. If I am wrong, please let me know! I was not smart enough to take pics lol...

As for applying turn meter to allies while being damaged and not having taunt up then that would not be WAI
