TM gain while stunned
I have noticed in multiple fights now different characters such as Rex and GK coming out of stun and instantly taking a turn and removing debuffs instead of resetting to zero TM. Are they storing extra TM while stunned? Is this working as intended? I can't imagine the later question being a yes.
