EPs Crackling Doom scores crit hit under Nihilus lead ...WAI?

So today I'm flexing in arena testing Nihilus lead, EPs Crackling Doom ends up scoring a Crit hit on a Shocked Boba, triggering GKs Taunt, is this working as intended?

Is Nihilus' leader ability supossed to only prevent the char from scoring a Crit hit or is it also supposed to prevent debuffs/effects from scoring a Crit hit when coming from a Sith.

Seems to me it should simply stop all Sith attacks, abilities, debuffs, effects etc from scoring a Crit hit ...unless that's just wishful thinking, lol. Makes sense tho, no crits from all Sith anything.

Maybe that affects only basics but not special attacks? Need a confirmation from devs.

I haven't seen a Basic or Special score a Crit hit yet. Maybe it only stops attacks from scoring a Crit hit, not effects like EPs Unique.

Is the damage from EPs Crackling Doom considered an attack or is it an effect? Really tho isn't anything that inflicts HP damage an attack?

I just read a post on how Crackling Doom, under Zader lead, isn't causing TMR. And Kozi said that was flagged as a bug, so I'm pretty certain now this will also get flagged.
