How do I collect my energy refreshes since the game was down?

Since the game was down due to a connection glitch/bug or whatever, how can I collect my energy refreshes that I missed out on because the game would not let me in?

Very inconvenient time for outage (worse than most possible I think) Do mods usually respond to give any idea what the issue was or if they were even aware of the issue?

This is why energy refreshes need to be done differently. Like just reducing the time it takes for energy to naturally regenerate or give more hours/time to claim it.
