Didn't get the Daily Ships Prize when the servers went down yesterday

After we experienced the yesterday's connection problem, when I finally managed to log back ingame, I unfortunately noticed that I didn't get my daily Ships prize through the mail..Can something be done regarding this please?

my ally code is: 913-649-736

quick addition: on my timezone(UTC+2), i logged back in after 5 hours(at 11PM - prizes are sent at 6PM-) and there wasn't any ingame mail with the prize
