IGD lead displaying Offense Up Buff
Noticed today when I was playing GW with IGD as lead. After a blow is delivered in each turn, the offense up buff appears. It disappears when that turn is done. So it looks like offense up is active for a counter attack. Counter attack raises damage up to 25%, yes, but other toons with turn damage raise don't have this flashing on and off like started appearing today i.e. assist bonus attack. Not sure this is necessary or if this was intended.
