Missing Arena Attempts

I have posted yesterday that my arena attempt is missing then I came to check after reset if it was there before I do the activities, there and then I saw my attempts. After finishing simple activities I came to check again then it was gone after I claimed the rewards for the activities I had finished.
Need some help to fix this pls @CG_Kozispoon I already lost 160 exp and 400 arena tokens.
