I've also been having this issue for the past two days, missing out on 400 Arena tokens and 100-200 XP (can't remember exactly how much it gives offhand).

Same here no squad daily activity for past 2 days and those 200 a day really do help

A bit of an update, it happened on the third day as well, but when I leveled to 60 a bit later the new 2 arena match one appeared.

I think the 3-battle arena daily (which players below 60 have since they dont have 1-battle fleet arena) is bugged and doesnt appear for some reason. Getting to 60 will solve that problem but you will miss out on some tokens and crystals.

This does not appear to be a bug. Today's release changes the PVP unlock to 28, but those that had it unlocked will still have it unlocked. The activity returns when the player reaches level 28
