I am unable to sync my account with SWGOH
I have an account and can login.
Player ID: Gaidal Cain
Ally number: 639858822
However when I try to sync it says player ID not found.
I've copy and pasted my name directly from my game screen (it's not even a difficult name to write) but still no dice.
Is this common? Any way I can fix this?
The only thing is that I changed my name a couple weeks after starting the game to Gaidal Cain. What it was previously, I have no clue.
Could it be asking for my old user name? I've had my current one for at least 9-10 month so I don't see how that is possible but it's the only thing I can think of.
