Guild switch, advice needed

Hi everyone.
I'm member of a guild community.
One of our guilds needs help to finish their first HAAT and I've been asked to move over and help to it.
My usual guild do HAAT every 3 days.

I've been told I could be blocked/locked once I come back to my guild and possibly can not resume the HAAT usual schedule.

Can someone please help to clarify this ? I'm a bit lost.

From any Monday to Sunday period you can get rewards from 3 haat raids. So see how many your guild will do in that specific time period. I just jumped to a guild that's a friend of mine and helped them with their haat and got rewarded because my guild had only done 2 that week

Ok, so for this very next week I could be in trouble as my own guild will fight 3 HAAT from Monday to Sunday + the 1 I could eventually help to finish today.
Quite a tricky situation for the future
