Ackbar- Tactical Genius

ehi guys i have a question about speed.. Let's say we have Luminara (for example) at 90% of his turn meter and it's Ackbar's turn; he uses Tactial genius: " A random ally gains 100% Turn Meter"
The "random ally" is Luminara, she instantly takes an action, ok, but how much turn meter has she gained?
Option A The remaining 10%
Option B the 100% of her actual turn meter
If the right answer is "A" substatially have we lost a turn?

I am not 100% sure but I believe it is option A. So it's actually a waste most of the time imo (if it is option A). Used him myself a few times early on and believe I didn't see the meter go from 90 to 100 and after that back to 90 again.

Option A.
You should use ackbar when everybody has used their skills. Extra turn meter doesn't go beyond 100%

Yes, its a waste if turn is skipped to a toon with a nearly full meter. I generally only use it when most other squad members have empty meters.
