Phoenix Squadron events - which characters are needed?

Is there any word out there on whether each event will be restricted to certain character classes, or if all chars can play on any given phoenix squadron event?

Wouldbe nice to know if it's necessary to diversify investment a bit.

From what I read from one of the devs, there are no character restrictions. I could be wrong
